To all PC Experts

Hi. I badly need help.
{Posting this though safe mode}
My PC is “autoswitching” off itself as soon as normal windows boots. It can only work in Safe mode with networking.
I tried to format it since I was really desperate but as soon as the loading screen showed up, it goes boom.Off again.
What could be the reason [...]
