What is the definition of water?

According to Wikipedia,  Water is a common chemical substance that is essential to all known forms of life.In typical usage, water refers only to its liquid form or state, but the substance also has a solid state, ice, and a gaseous state, water vapor. About 1,460 teratonnes (Tt) of water covers 71% of the Earth’s surface, mostly in oceans and other large water bodies, with 1.6% of water below ground in aquifers and 0.001% in the air as vapor, clouds (formed of solid and liquid water particles suspended in air), and precipitation. Some of the Earth’s water is contained within man-made and natural objects near the Earth’s surface such as water towers, animal and plant bodies, manufactured products, and food stores.

I’m pretty much sure that every one will agree with me that water{clean water} is essential to be in good health.

Since some 3 to 5 days, every one at my place have been complaining about Abdominal pain{except me since I mostly drink Vital}.So today I went on to open my water tank{No1} which is found on ground level and I was shocked to see the state of the tank.{the tank is only 3 months old}

The water I receive is not clean.

So, I thought to go and look the state of my other tank which is found above my kitchen.

My other tank is almost clean.

CWA will soon get a phone call and a letter making an official complain about the state of water provided to me.
