MyT in the year 2008

We are in a new year.Many among us have made their resolution and have decided what to do to make their life
much better and more comfortable. It is sad to see that some institutions still don’t know about freedom of speech.
(I have read Avinash Meetoo’s blog some few hours back.In the coming days, I will try to write about freedom of
speech as it will take me some time to complete some research)
But I think that my ISP has started its new year in the most fashionable way.2 consecutive “breakdowns”
of internet connection on Tuesday 8th Jan 2008(nearly 40 mins) and Wednesday 9th January 2008. 2008 will be unlucky for we, internet users, if this types of problem continues.
The customer care of MyT has no idea when it will be ok.(I phoned them around 09.00…{ena ban problem technik lor reso.nu ban technician pe 2ja work lor sa.pa koner combien time sa pou prnd pou ok.} )
Do I need to say that on both occasions I lost connection while I was busy filling some Universities forms! !And each form takes between 15 to 25 minutes to complete! !
Now without my connection, I have nothing to do except to write this post and listen to music.But also, it made me think.
Should I renew my contract with MyT?
To be frank, I don’t think that I will renew it. On 5 occasions, I was paralyse by not being able to access to the net.
(emergency cases where I have to send some files, to check my inbox to have a confirmation mail for University,unable to participate in an online gaming tournament where I lost money, ……….)
Its 09.25 and still no connection.I have been waiting since 08.07 to have connection.I’m fed up of waiting.It will be a nice time for me to watch some movies which I could not.(hope that after the end of my movie, the connection will be back to normal)
